Paihia Mountain Bikes is STOKED to be able to bring you the Waitangi Mountain Bike Park Shuttle Service
WHAT IS IT?
The shuttle service picks you up from the bottom of the tracks in the Waitangi Mountain Bike Park and drops you back at the top of the tracks so you can get in some more fun riding without having to ride up the hill. From the top drop off points, there are a huge range of different tracks you can take from Easy and Beginner tracks (Grade 2- Green) to more Intermediate and Advanced tracks (Grade 3, 4, an 5- Blue and Black). 1 Shuttle loop takes approximately 15 minutes.
Shuttle Pickup point (bottom of tracks):
-Bledisloe Road (Zone 3)
Shuttle Drop off points (top of tracks) include:
-Zone 2 Dropoff
-Zone 3 Dropoff
The Shuttle service runs during WEEKENDS, NZ SCHOOL HOLIDAYS and OTHER SPECIFIC DAYS during SUMMER (all subject to weather conditions). It starts at 10am until quiet (appox 3pm to 4pm, last Shuttle usually 3:30pm). First trip departs from the Waitangi MTB Park Main Carpark, then pickups will be from the bottom of Bledisloe Rd after that. Please see the calendar below. Uplift: A shuttle ride for 1 rider and 1 bike from any of the lower pickup points (Carpark and Bledisloe Road) to any of the top Drop-off points (Zone 2 or Zone 3)
Tickets are shareable (you can share the uplift pass with your mates) and can be from PaihiaMTB HQ onsite at the park (with cash or card) or from the driver with cash. Tickets valid from 1 year from the date of purchase.
